1. Service Agreement
By engaging GTA Upholstery's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, and related maintenance services in the Greater Toronto Area.
2. Service Appointments
- 24-hour notice required for appointment cancellations
- Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or emergency conditions
- Access to service areas must be provided at scheduled time
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Payment is due upon service completion
- We accept major credit cards, debit, and e-transfers
- Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled items
- Minimum service charge applies to all appointments
4. Service Guarantee
- 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of service
- We will re-clean unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost
- Guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage
5. Liability
- We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage
- Pre-existing conditions must be disclosed before service
- We are not liable for normal wear or pre-existing damage
- Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days
6. Service Area
We service the Greater Toronto Area, including:
- Toronto and Downtown Core
- North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke
- Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan
- Richmond Hill and surrounding areas
